Do you offer support after completion?
Yes. We offer a 30-day bug-fix warranty on all projects. For long-term peace of mind, we have monthly support and maintenance retainers.
What is the timeline for a custom bot?
A basic bot can take as little as one week. A complex bot with many integrations can take 4-6 weeks. We provide a detailed timeline in our proposal.
How do we communicate?
We set up a private Discord channel for real-time communication. We also have scheduled check-in calls to review progress.
